Job Description
Provides comprehensive requirements for test, integration and analysis of system performance. Establishes a Test bed to conduct Compliance Testing and supports Site Acceptance testing at a few selected airports. Prepares test documents including Plans, Procedures and Reports.

Education:
A Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering is required. Masters Degree Preferred

Experience:
At least fifteen (15) years experience (with Masters degree, 20 years with BS) in leading system test and analysis efforts for FAA surveillance systems with emphasis on ATCRBS, Mode-S and ADS-B is required.
